There are production workshops for stamping, injection molding, and assembly in Langrun. The workshops equipped with 40 set of injection molding machine and 10 sets of high-speed punching machines and kinds of automatic equipment for better production efficiency.
The R&D department is composed of the engineers and technical person who have more than ten years of precision mold development and design and manufacturing experience. They are good at 3D rapid prototyping technology and speed up the research and development cycle of the molding.
In order to ensure the quality of the products，Langrun set up the Quality Assurance Laboratory to exam every level of production from raw material to products. Our quality system has passed TS 16949 certificated.
The laboratory is equipped with the advanced inspection instruments like electronic Tensile testing machines，micro hardness Tester，automatic plug and pull force tester, air Leak Tester ，insulation resistance tester， high and low temperature test chamber，salt mist corrosion test box.
